Do not soak, or put wood products in the dishwasher.

Cutting & Charcuterie Boards: Hand wash with warm, soapy water after use. Wipe excess water dry, let air dry standing upright against a wall. Every once in awhile condition by wiping on and buffing with beeswax.

Kitchen Utensils & Knives: Hand wash with warm, soapy water after use. Every once in awhile condition by wiping on some mineral oil, and optionally beeswax.
